Certain biological processes or life events such as ageing and childbirth can cause laxity or ‘looseness’ in the vagina. To combat this there are both surgical(vaginoplasty) and non-surgical (laser vaginal tightening) solutions available.
At King’s we use Femilift Laser. It’s a non-surgical procedure that uses laser heat to boost collagen regeneration in the vagina resulting in laxity improvement.
Candidates for Laser Vaginal Tightening
- Experiencing significant vaginal laxity
- Experiencing sexual disfunction due to vaginal laxity
Typically for effective results it’s recommended to use at least 3 laser sessions, 1 month apart. The effects of the treatment will be fully felt after at least 3 months, although this will vary patient to patient.
